two new apps

I’ve made two new apps:

- alto.index - macOS app that allows you to convert your apple notes, iMessage conversations, apple mail, calendar events into markdown files that can be used by AI like Claude Code. More info here https://altoindex.com/

- alto.caps - iOS application that syncs your iPhone screenshots from Apple Photos to the cloud(backup) and uses AI to group them so that you can search them by text or groups. More info here https://altocaps.com/
